Re: Car key battery going already?

There is a Faults & Technical area for this. However judging by your history we could probably create your own Tigermad complaints corner. Think I'm exaggerating, you've moaned about the following alone in the last few pages: - Chipping your paint - VW Connect broken - Front Assist error - Broken Br...

Re: Tethering mobile Internet benifits?

Hi Phil, I to have a tight squeeze in my garage so I’ve screwed a piece of rubber matting to the wall where i park my car and it works fine.Hope this helps.
Got it.

I'll screw a piece of rubber to my colleagues car so I don't damage my door by accident!

Re: HID/LED headlights retrofit

The cheaper option (as you say) would be to fit LED bulbs instead. And then if the car needs to go in for any warranty or other work, just (temporarily) take them out and put the standard globes back in whilst the car is with the dealership - and they'll never know the difference - and it keeps you...

Re: Launch Control

Can someone with a 1.5 or 1.0 DSG get their ASBO on and try it?

Everything I find online says Dry clutch 7spd DSG doesn't have it.

Re: ACC Timeout

I've had my TROC 8 months now and I am thoroughly delighted with it. I use the ACC regularly and enjoy the "Self Steering" it offers albeit that I get a warning after about 10 seconds to take back control. Does anyone know if you can lengthen the time before the warning caption appears, it does ann...
