Re: Car suddenly "revs" a bit after taking foot off the brake

Could be the start stop system.
Thinks the car is coming to a stop but when you take your foot off the brake it revs it like a mini launch control.
Try it with the start stop off then activated see if there is any difference
Havnt noticed it on my DSG but I turn SS off.

Re: Air conditioning/heated seats control panel mod.

I was going to get a new Golf 8 but this put me off.
I could hardly get the controls to work when I was parked .
It was a nightmare when moving.
It’s dangerous imo and a step to far in a car.

Re: Problem pairing phone to Golf 8

I am not very tech.
But my son had a similar prob in his Focus and said it was the Privacy settings in the phone.
It was set to not sharing!
So any invitation from another device was blocked.

Re: Problem pairing phone to Golf 8

This is a T Roc forums so I think the Golf8 uses a different system.
Might be wrong .
But sure someone might be able to help.
Have you asked the dealer.

I am going the other way .
Getting a Golf 8 .
T roc is a nice car but it’s not in the same class as a golf to drive imo.

Re: Wind Noise Driver's Door Especially

Hello, is there anybody out there with a brand-new T-Roc? If so, I would be very grateful if you could look at your wing mirrors and then compare them to the two photographs attached to this post. The story is that since buying the T-Roc April nearly two years ago, we have been very aware of a wind...

Re: Stop/Start feature..

If VW read these posts.
WHY DONT YOU JUST GIVE THE DRIVER CONTROL OF HIS OWN CAR ?
Not everyone likes stop start so just put a button to disable it all the time.
Not just every time I start it up.

Re: 1.5 EVO - 1st gear kangaroo

Mine is a June 2018 model and I have noticed the last few weeks it has started to do this. It’s very minor and unless your looking for it you wouldn’t notice. Maybe the DSG gearbox hides it but I have noticed and look for it now. I have traded it in for a Golf 8 in March . It’s a long line of thing...
