Wouldn’t tint lights, reducing visibility and am sure insurers would not be happy.

If I can repair it myself, I avoid half day wasted going to dealers. Have all correct tools, but would like to know where the fasteners are located.

Last new VW I ordered about 3yrs ago, tracker said it was on it’s way to me although I’d been driving the car for 3 weeks.

Bit late but - use isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits to clean both glass and wiper blade. Audi glass polish is also very good. If all fail purchase some Bosch blades. Good luck.
