Re: WTF ! ..(W)hat're (T)hese (F)uses' for ??

News Update .... The fault re-occurred so I had to start the testing from scratch ... I eventually found that the earth connection was intermittent .. Prior to delivery the VW techs had fitted the Dashcam wiring kit for me while the headlining was removed ( to remove the roof bars for the roof to be...

Re: Engine revs feedback felt through clutch

Hi I’m guessing my first post wasn’t explanatory enough. Has anyone out there experienced engine vibration feedback through the clutch at high revs on the last third of disengagement. This is on a 1 litre SE T roc 68 plate. Wondered if it’s because of the extra thrum vibrations of a 1.0 engine. Tha...

Re: T-Roc R Makes its UK debut

The T-Roc R was at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last week making it's UK debut. No roof bars :!: :!: :o :o Will they be an option I wonder :?: :?: There don't seem to be front fogs either .. I'm assuming the 3 vertical lenses on the lower front corners are the daytime driving lights :?: :?:

Re: Roof bars for R-line (raised rails)

I’m hoping someone can help. I have 68 plate T-roc R-line with raised roof rails. I have bought Thule roof bars, but they won’t fit - despite them being the ones recommended for the make/model of car. They were bought from Halfords. The issue seems to be that the rails are further apart at the fron...

Re: Roof bars for R-line (raised rails)

Found out the other day you can't get a bike rack for the rear of a t- roc , Unless you have a tow bar to fit it on , , Take a look at these : https://www.tredz.co.uk/.Saris-Bones-Car-Boot-Rack-3-Bikes_16304.htm They are so adjustable, I was using one on a Mazda MX5 (horizontal bootlid) and a Renau...

Re: Derogation Status - Anyone know what it is ??

I have posted a similar question over on the T-Cross forum but it is a bit quiet over there.. I have been trying to arrange to collect my car on the 1st Sept to get the new 69 plate, but the dealer is not having it. Anyway, I had yet another very interesting conversation with my dealer today. He is...

Re: Full Detail

Thought I'd revive this thread having watched a video about detailing on youtube: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRTGnf3uJ0M). Anyone not wanting to watch the whole thing, the detailing routine was roughly this: 1. Pre-rinse (jet wash) to remove loose dirt 2. Pre wash (apply bug remover etc and a...

Re: WTF ! ..(W)hat're (T)hese (F)uses' for ??

I've obtained a copy of the workshop wiring schedule for the 2018 T-roc, courtesy of Kietje, and can confirm that Fuse 37 in the fusebox supplies the "control module" of the LH LED headlamp. The 12v supply for this fuse and all the other mystery fuses (F32-F37) is switched via relay R4. Relay R4 is...
