Now it's finally here I'm disappointed by the price and spec choices of the T-Roc R
Every t-roc is over priced in my opinion, for what you get and the R was just going to be worse.
Good luck with your search :)

Probably shouldn't have bought one then .. :D :D

The only other slight niggle is when I reverse on my drive and then stop there seems to be a little clunk noise from the back similar to the noise the rear wiper makes when it stops. Trying to figure out what it is.
Have you got the reversing camera? .. that makes a clunk when it disengages.

Re: Service plan

A word of warning regarding these service plans .. I took one out on collecting my Roc on 1st March which includes 'Fair wear and tear' on tyres ( I thought it a good idea as I'm probably going to need at least new fronts over the 4 years that I'll have the car). 2 weeks ago my rear wiper blade star...

Re: Performance & Driving

I agree with twist as I too have the SEL with the 1.5 TSI Eco engine and DSG box. Regarding the traffic lights Grand Prix, our car is by default in Eco mode but the car will out drag most standard vehicles particularly if you just throw the gear selector over into Sport for the take off... then thr...

Re: Waiting time

Do you have the kangaroo problems Me? No my car is still on order. I decided not to take the risk so I went with the 1.0L There are no doubts as to the existence of the problem but, always remember there are far more 1.5 TRocs on the roads than there are Forum participants complaining about the Roo...

Re: What's this for ????

I have had a look under the passenger seat and low and behold their is a plastic frame as described by others. My handbook folder will not fit through the gap between seat front and the plastic frame so I am at a loss as to its value as anything. A second drawer would have been more useful. I have ...

Re: Ignition switched 15 amp fuse

I used Fuse position F46. It is an unused and vacant fuse location which just so happens to be controlled by the ignition switch ( it doesn't turn off with engine stop/start either). So I simply inserted a piggyback fuse adaptor together with a suitable fuse for use with my dashcam. You can easily ...

Re: So Near, Yet So Far!

So after many months of waiting I reached 2 weeks to wait this morning (it was at 2 weeks and 1 day yesterday when I checked online). Then decided to have a look online and it's slipped back to 3 weeks! GRRRRRRR    Welcome to the wonderful world that is Volkswagen .... expect the ...
