Active info

Anyone else have the issue where the active info display (specifically the map between the speedometer/revometer) doesnt change into night mode despite the headlights turning on when in auto? Have started my car recently and have had to turn the lights off then back to auto for the maps to appear in...

Re: Total Milage

this annoys me too as it doesnt come up on the general screen whilst ignition is on (if you have reset the trip since new).
It appears just after you switch the ignition off, just to the right of the "since reset mileage".

Re: Rear wiper

It's not cheap blades that cause this. I've found over the years that where the car is parked and the local environment to same can cause the problem. Before my wife and I downsized to just one car (the T-ROC), her car was parked under the car port and was mainly in shade all day; mine was parked o...

Re: Dipping Mirror in Reverse

I actually had the same issue a couple of days ago, tried to fold the mirrors in and back out and still didnt fix it, but restarted the ignition and they returned back to normal position.

Re: Convince me to lease a T-Roc

Hi there, the reason I've joined this forum is because I am soon going to be choosing my next lease car. I was very pleased with the Passat I leased years ago 2005-2007 but I am favouring slightly raised and more compact SUV type cars. Over the past 10 years I have gone for Japanese and Korean make...

Re: T-ROC mpg from Honest John about REALMPG

This was from a mixed run, 10 miles of motorway and a couple of miles of 30 zones either side (a couple of weeks ago)

Re: Order canciled by VW

My thoughts around it were that they were starting to lean towards having the more powerful engines for the higher spec (sel/r-line) and the less powerful for the s/se/design. As such they've removed the option of having the 1.6 diesel in the R-line spec also (not sure if they did the sel too?) I gu...
