Re: How many T-Roc’s do you see on the Roads

Up untill the last 7 day’s I’d only seen 3 t-rocs in north Birmingham in 6 months, but in the last week I’ve seen 5 t-rocks around town.

Re: Led bulbs for fog lights

I’m not sure if I’m being thick. I noted people’s comments on here & read the car manual & got the plastic trim off no problem, however the screwdriver in the boot that the manual tells you to use doesn’t fit so I’m waiting to get a torx & hex screwdriver bit set to loosen the screws. To add insult ...

Re: Car net

One of the biggest features of car net is the in built tracking device that utilises the car nets in built gsm SIM card in the dashboard so it works even when your phones not connected to the car. Sadly my car net hasn’t worked in the 6 months I’ve had the car as it won’t upload data or tell me the ...

Re: Car-Net no data

My car net has also had the same issue with no data. It’s been in to the dealers twice & they now say it’s due to a faulty car net control module which they’ve ordered. My wife’s polo has the vw connect dongle which is great but from what I understand, car net has an inbuilt tracker which notifies y...

Re: T Roc Fog Lights

I’ve got the T-ROC sel with fog lights & whilst I’ll rarely use them in fog I really find the cornering lamp function makes a big difference to visibility as your turning. I previously had a golf gtd which came with led cornering fogs as standard & they gave a far superior light whilst cornering to ...

Re: Cornering lights

Siggigunda, could you explain how to change the fog light bulb & how long does it take ?. Could you give me the eBay link or listing number ?. I assume the fog light & cornering lamp works from the same bulb ?. Ideally I’d like the white led light for the fog lamps to match the led headlights. The f...

Re: Boot floor

If anyone wants a variable floor & they’ve been stuck with a full size spare wheel & fixed floor then complain to VW UK for British consumers. I’ve had VW replace the spare on mine so I can use the lower floor as have others on here. Just read through all the comments on this thread & you’ll see tha...

Re: Apparent sensors!

The button is to temporarily deactivate the parking sensors. You can either push it again to deactivate or it comes on automatically when the ignition is switched off & back on. It’s handy for winter as ice & snow sometimes give a false warning & the car beeps with no obstruction present

Design fault seatbelt

I’m not sure if everyone has seen in the national press that VW have admitted the new shape polo has a design fault on its rear centre seat belt buckle. Essentially the rear middle seat seat belt housing has a slightly longer tether that attaches it under the seat to the car body. Because of this wh...
