Re: Lowering springs for 30mm - ACC calibration needed?

Interesting question. Arguably it doesn’t need calibration for the road, however having it calibrated would ensure that all the suspension units are working in unison and to the same factors. I had my RS3 calibrated a few weeks after fitting coil overs and there was a noticeable improvement in the ...

Re: Lowering springs for 30mm - ACC calibration needed?

For what it's worth I got myself a set of 19" DRC DGR wheels (they look like Pretoria) and with the R dimensions of tires the car is ~1cm higher. No issues noticed with the acc etc. So the 30mm will bring it to -2cm compared to before. I also hope that it won't need anything. I'll report back once t...

Re: Hubcaps

The PN for the OEM caps is: 5G0601171
Or you can just replace all 4 of them for the self levelling ones (PN: 000071213C) or with the new VW logo self-levelling ones (000071213D) :-)

Re: Lowering springs for 30mm - ACC calibration needed?

Reading through some golf mk7 & 7.5 forum threads and most say it hasn’t affected their acc after lowering. One guy suggested if it works with a golf fully loaded with passengers and luggage then it should work on a golf lowered. :? That sounds somewhat correct. :) In any case, we're going to find ...

Lowering springs for 30mm - ACC calibration needed?

Hi fellow forum members! For my T-Roc 2.0 TSI 190 hp, I'm considering to get a set of Eibach Pro Kit springs to lower it by 30mm and slightly improve the handling while still maintaining it's character of being a kind of an SUV. I am not going for a full coilover kit just yet because the car has bar...

I wouldn't care, it's not a biggy ;)
Unfortunate if you've already bought the dynamic hubs though :?
Exactly, I already have the dynamic ones and tbh I really love how people get stuck and look at my wheels when driving next to them on the highway. :D

Re: Clementine's updates

More updates... Clementine / Mantarinis (in Greek) 2 weeks ago went for a raceline turbo muffler delete and a raceline 90 turbo intake elbow install along with a stage 1 ecu remap. New numbers: ~260hp and 430nm. IMG_20200717_111133.jpg And on the day after went for 19" black gloss rims shopping, but...
