I've having an issue with the Climatronic on my TROC. Even when I have it turned off, hot air still gets blown through the vents. I contacted the dealer and he said it was designed like that and to close the vents to stop the air when I didn't need it. It seems strange to me, when I turned off Climatronic on my last car (Golf) the air would stop blowing through the vents.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

The hot air comes from the engine.I don't think it's an issue.I think this is an advantage when it's a lil bit cold outside.I've seen this at other cars (Ford Focus).
