Anyone finding this a problem.Water collecting around the fuel cap

I did not know that there was one.

Just underneath where the water is collecting, you should see the top of a small tube

Also didn't know about the blocked hole. Will need to check this on my current flap as it's always bugged me how wet and mouldy it is every time I go to stick the nozzle in.
