Was in the local VW showroom last weekend while the Good Lady was putting the final touches to her order for a 1.5 Style auto - saw this Facelift R on show and decided to put a deposit on it!

Time will tell if I made the right decision as I've now had my Porsche Macan V6 Diesel since new for 5.5 years. Did fancy something smaller though and it certainly seemed nippy on the test drive

Thanks Impala - TBF, I’ve been contemplating an R, Cupra Ateca or Q3 45 as my next motor for some time but never got round to it with covid, shortage of supply and some health issues etc. Slightly leaning towards R and I guess I was in the right place at the right time this weekend👍
