You need to be a little bit more specific on what type of Pirelli tyre you are looking at. What you want from them, what you are able to afford, what size.
Cinturato, Scorpion, Powergy, P Zero are just some of the types out there. It is just like saying "I am looking at a Volkswagen, has anybody got any reports on them."
Fortunately I get Pirelli family and friends discount so always use Pirelli and find them to be a very good tyre for my TROC Style low noise and decent grip so would use them even if I had to pay in full.
Pirelli are great for grip and low noise but don’t last. I’ve had 30k on Mitch 4s but they are expensive. Goodyear efficient grip best value. Not impressed with Bridgestone Turanza.
I have Pirelli Powergy on my TRoc (245/40R19). They are okay, but I wouldn't buy them again based on my driving preferences.
We have Michelin Pilot Sport 5 on our Polo GTi and Continental SportContact 7 on our Audi A4 - I would choose either of those over the Powergy.
That being said, if your preference is for a comfortable touring-type tyre, then the Powergy are perfectly acceptable.
As mentioned by @Stitch, You can't just throw a blanket over all Pirelli tyres and ask if they're good. Their track day tyres will have appeal to some, and at the opposite end of the spectrum, their cargo rated tyres for vans will have appeal to others.
