Sign Reading Error

I have a 2025 T-Roc with the Style Package. My car, which I purchased in Türkiye, gives me a sign reading error every time I start it. When I explained the situation to the sales representative, they said that VW's Turkish distributor charges a fee to update the sign reading software, and that this update hasn't been received in Turkey.

How can I enable sign reading via ODB after the warranty expires on my vehicle, which is still under warranty?

Has anyone done this or seen this?

If its a 2025 model or even if you just purchased it, it will still be under warranty 🤷

The dealership is talking nonsense.
You can also contact volkswagon customer services directly if the dealership isn't fixing it.

I don't exactly know how it works in Turkey.
