T Roc rear speakers not working

I just noticed that the rear speakers do not work.
The right side rear sometimes comes on but left never.
have checked the wiring and all connected ok.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

So when you go into settings and move the balance to the rear there is no sound at all?

Yes that is correct. A couple of times I have heard it come From the right rear. But today nothing.
