For instance those that I liked a lot, we couldn't fit the oem hub caps.

I wouldn't care, it's not a biggy ;)
Unfortunate if you've already bought the dynamic hubs though :?

Exactly, I already have the dynamic ones and tbh I really love how people get stuck and look at my wheels when driving next to them on the highway. :D

And we're set!

DRC DGR painted black ("Pretoria inspired") with Continental SportContact 6 XL 235/40/19 (DOT 0920)!
The car looks great, the hubcaps fitted almost perfectly (needed a bit of tape on one of them, in the edges of the back side).

Now that I see the car like that I'm more persuaded that it needs a lowering... and maybe I should had gone for the BROCK B38 :? :? :?

More updates here... After contemplating about going for a full coilover set or only a set of Eibach Pro-Kit springs, I decided to go with the latter.
I spoke to a couple of companies that could benefit from me buying a full coilover set but they both suggested to just replace the springs since the car merely has 7000km on the clock and as such the suspension will cope with that for now. It also saved me roughly 800 euros. I'll just replace the whole suspension in ~3-4 years (or before I hit the 45,000-50,000km to be on the safe side and then I'll go for a KW Variant.

With the Eibach Pro-Kit I got an approx. 30mm lowering. I'm very happy with the result, the car hasn't really lost it's character, it looks more like an Audi Allroad Quattro tbh. I felt that with the 19" wheels, there was too much of a gap between the wheel and the car. It is still quite comfortable and you feel more of the road, it gives a feeling of better grip and better sense.
Also the ACC didn't need any calibration, so it all went just fine!

Here's a before (top) and after (bottom) lowering collage and a couple of pics with the end result.

Next up, an exhaust which I hope to make it somewhere in the end of September. And I think I'll stop after that for a while, or the Mrs. will kick me for spending all my money on the car. :-)

What did you do to the rear bumper to get rid of the fake exhaust bits? Or is it a new bumper?
