Half a dozen of these would look very frightfully spectacular, filmed from above, racing to the USA-Mexican border in a CIA thriller!

Yeah that’s what was putting me off, probably wont do it.
I had mine tinted. It does not reduce visibility and is all legal.
Got a pic of the lights? Front and rear or just front?

Oh that’s you! I was reading your post, love the black details and lights. How did you make your rear badge? With wrap?

So played around in Ps again, I fell in love with the blacked out look. Thinking I should paint the wheels black, would be unique and look good with red calipers🤔

Looks great. My next job is to have the wheels painted black and have the callipers painted orange

Any idea the cost of getting all 4 calipers sprayed? I would like mine neon lime green. I saw a Jag on my estate in a very similar color to Indium Grey with lime green calipers and it was very smart. Gives it a little bit of uniqueness too.

Anyone know if such minor modifications affect insurance? I imagine so since even vinyl stickers do.
1.5 DSG R-line in Indium Grey
Keyless, park assist, rear view cam, driver assist pack plus, lumbar support
Ordered: 11/12/19 / Collected 20/03/20

Looks well!
It's funny years ago trim was black because it was a cheaper finish and chrome came on luxurious cars, now it's gone in reverse

Doggy is the biggest modifier on this forum.

Thanks! I know right 😂 that’s why I’m worried that it will maybe look “cheap” but I love the blacked out look so idk, at least I will be able to peel it off if I wont like it😂 was reading Doggys forum just yesterday! But thanks😄
I'm baaack! :)
sorry y'all it was some crazy work days for the past couple of months :(
A yuuuuge (with a Trump voice) project was going on and I practically had no weekends.

@Robert98, tinting the rear lights should be fine if you go really light. For the front lights, I'd say either go for a tint (I didn't do it to not have any issues there), or go for a small black line around them to give them that "angry look". It will change the way they look and there's not a chance in the world that you'll have any issues. What you can tint easily on the front are the daylights and the fog lights so that they don't stand out that much (that's what I did anyway :D )
And yes, go for black rims!! :)

@vernerbongo2 thanks for the shout-out! :) I'm on my way to my topic to post the latest changes; I may had been super busy with work but still I managed to make time and get a new valve exhaust installed.

Cheers!
