T -Roc ordered.

Post by Postiegezzer » Wed Feb 17, 2021 8:46 am

Morning all.
Have just ordered a new T-Roc 1.5 TSI Sel Dsg in Indium grey with the winter pack
and space saver spare wheel.
Dealers quoting a 3 month delivery :o
Have had a Golf tsi 1.4 dsg for 7 years and it’s now got 123300 miles on it.
Other than all 4 shocks being replaced under warranty at 59100 miles it’s
been faultless and I hope the T-Roc is as good.
Am looking forward to all the toys in the Sel trim.
My other toy is a Ninja 1000sx :D :D

Welcome to the Forum. Let's hope your delivery estimate holds good as some have been quoted longer.

I updated to my T-Roc after 5 Golfs and I am well pleased so far.

Postiegezzer hope you enjoy your new T roc, like yourself I came from owning a Mk7 Golf, in fact I was going to get another Golf, but I liked the look and size of the Roc. Having driven the T roc I probably won’t go back to a saloon type car.
I have owned several Golfs over the years and in my opinion it drives very similar to the Golf and I’m sure you will have many happy miles of driving in the T roc as I have had.

Oh man, I remember counting the sleeps all the way from 127 🤣

Or if you’re @Impala, 4,438 (I’m kidding - kinda).

When we picked up our T ROC a couple of weeks ago we noticed that all the second hand ones we had looked at had gone and the saleswomen told us they were selling like hot cakes and they couldn't get enough of them , We are very pleased with ours it drives lovely , Hope you are pleased with yours !

Afternoon all.
Picked up new T-Roc Monday afternoon and am well pleased with it.
So many options and menus to play with.
Drive lovely and no squeaks or rattles yet.
Only one niggle is every time I start the car I get this message and can’t work out how to
stop the message from appearing.
(DATA TRANSFER IS CURRENTLY SET TO MAXIMUM PRIVACY.
YOU CAN CHANGE IN CONTROL CENTRE.
Anyone know how to do that please?
