Thanks to Deleted user 925, for the link to Kufatec and the parts-list for VW parts
So you're saying you were able to route & fasten the kufatec cable all via the fog light openings?
horn mounted on the drivers side bracket that was already there?

After buying the cable at Kufatec, they mail a manual with guidelines "how-to-route&fasten" the cable. They recommend removing the front bumper and then pulling the cable along the car frame.
I think I will leave it to a professional next time the car needs service/oil change.
Removing fog lights with only 2 screws is one thing, but removing a bumper at home in my driveway can be a mess if I can´t reassemble it back to normal :lol:
The cable was long enough for it to be routed through some plastic which is connected to the radiator without coming into contact with any hot or moving parts

A picture of the bracket before mounting horn. And it is at the passengers side because I'm living in Denmark :)

Most of the work of mounting the cable was through the opening in the engine compartment. And connection of the switches was through the opening at the fog light, as well as mounting of the horn in passengers side.

@LoveVW
a bit drastic having to take the bumper off 🤷‍♂️🙈
There must be somewhere else to clip it on.

Anyway you've made a start 👌🙌

Exactly, the goal was twin tone and it's there now :D

When the weather gets better, I try to see if I can separate the plastic under the car and mount the cable more securely :)
