Yesterday I contacted VW UK, via their chat service, and was told that my T-Roc had been built and was being transferred to the Factory Dock to await shipment.
You are lucky, I contacted VWCS via chat yesterday to try and find out if mine was on a ship but they said they are not allowed to give out this information and it should come from my dealer, I rang them because the dealer couldn’t help!

I rang my dealer who said status 30. He rang me back a bit later and told me it was at Emden but there is a backlog of 30,000 units awaiting transportation to the UK. I did see that the Malacca Highway is currently Sheerness bound but hope for my birthday car is fading fast..... 😔

Those people's orders 'delayed' by the virus - imagine taking delivery of one after a nine month wait then being told by government you can't go anywhere in it! I did just 24 miles last month. All over a hyped-up flu.

I’m not usually one to get involved in politics on the forum but I wholeheartedly agree with you here and I’m sick of people playing the whole thing down just because they’re not afraid of it.

If people could just think of someone other than themselves for a change, we might still have a lot of those people with us.

My T-ROC has been shown as Status 3, Build Week Confirmed, since March this year. When my dealership opened I asked them what was happening and was told they didn't know as their system hadn't been updated since Covid 19 started.

Yesterday I contacted VW UK, via their chat service, and was told that my T-Roc had been built and was being transferred to the Factory Dock to await shipment.

This morning I am still shown as Status 3!

Thanks Pine Man very interesting.. I had the stage 3 build week confirmed text on 20/03/20.. so maybe it actually exists
very strange the factory was closed from March 17th to April 27th
