Congrats, they are finally moving.. Delete the app and reload it...

Pegasus Ace left Setubal last night bound for Sheerness having done Barcelona as well so I suspect full of VW/Seat/Audi. Aquarius Ace is due in Barcelona on Thursday so maybe it'll do the same thing.

Does anybody fully understand the various stages of production?

I am ok up to, and including, 4 but what about 5a? What comes next 5b or 6?

5a is “your ship has left the factory” as far as I remember. They should send 5b and 5c (since they have the facility to) but they don’t bother because they’re too lazy. Those would tell you that it’s at the dock and then boarded a ship.

You will get stage 6 once it’s been loaded off the ship and scanned. Stage 7 will come when it’s at the dealership but your dealer will probably have already arranged collection with you prior so ultimately 5a is the last useful one followed by several weeks of waiting (or ship stalking if you’re mental like us).

Thanks for that info.

Dealer has now stated maybe mid August. Wonder if they'd store it for me till September 1st and then register it?

I can't believe any would we be that mental... :shock:

(Pegasus Ace is on its way from Setubal to Sheerness and quite close to salcombe, Aquarius Ace is booked to leave barcelona for Setubal, Paglia and Patara are doing Emden setubal) :oops:

Finally VW seem to have shipping going again.

Mine has been in transit since 4th June. Last update from the dealer was that it was at Emden (status 30) - I’ve been using Marine Traffic (very sad) and the Malacca Higheay has been shuttling between Emden and Sheerness, docked this morning.

I’ve already had the conversation that if it doesn’t arrive in the next 2 weeks, they can keep it until September.
T-ROC R ordered Dec 19, Lapiz Blue/Black, Beats, rear camera, BW 13 (w/c 23/03), then COVID, stage 5 04/06, Stage 6 06/07, Collection Mon 13th July 🥳

I'd hoped you would have more positive news by now. These are the stages btw.

00 = Assigned to factory order no production week scheduled.
10 = Factory ordered with production week scheduled.
20 = Factory ordered production week confirmed.
30 = In transit from factory.
36 = Vehicle in port of exit – not released
38 = Vehicle in port of exit – released to shipping
39 = Vehicle on ship
40 = Vehicle arrival at UK port
60 = Dispatched to Dealer
70 = Vehicle arrived at Dealer

But VW don't seem to update them properly all the time and seems very variable.

This thread has loads of useful info on what is going on https://www.tiguanforums.co.uk/viewtopi ... &start=280 with emden. Its worth looking back through the last few weeks of posts.

I have also been reading the German Forums and this is a useful thread https://www.t-rocforum.de/threads/der-g ... 1/page-577

Thanks for this - I don’t think VW are updating anything as I’m still at 30.

Was really hoping it’d be landing in the UK this week, running out of time to get it here for my 40th 😔
