I’m guessing your dealer isn’t open so you can’t check either.

The dealership is open but I'm reluctant to contact them and cause possible delays in build.

I've seen a few photos of Black/Indium Grey Rocs and I like it so I'll just see what turns up.

I chose the TRoc design in indium grey and it comes automatically with the black roof from memory. I’ve had mine for over 18 months but I’m sure that was the case then.

.............but my order is for an R Line and that is correctly shown on the dealership order.

The R Line colour options show either Indium Grey Metallic or Indium Grey Metallic Black. It is the former that I ordered and the latter that is shown on the facory order. My copy from the dealership correctly shows Indium Grey metallic.

Ordered a few days after you. Ordered an R (not an R-Line) in Indium Grey. Mine says;

Colour: Indium Grey Metallic
Upholstery: Flint Grey/Titanium Black

Didn't get the personalized brochure.

Also it seems that the tracker isn't working quite like it should either, so could be any time

I’ve finally heard from the dealer and they’ve advised that no systems have been updated - all of the orders they currently have are at the same stages they were at prior to lockdown.

I’m guessing we need to be patient for a bit longer.

I checked through web chat a couple of weeks back and they said check in a couple of weeks. At the moment though I am not driving anywhere so just sitting patiently.

Not impressed with VW UK's lack of comms on this though. They risk more cancelled orders. It only takes someone working from home to post an odd marketing email (Germany has been doing more of that.)
