After buying the cable at Kufatec, they mail a manual with guidelines "how-to-route&fasten" the cable. They recommend removing the front bumper and then pulling the cable along the car frame.
I think I will leave it to a professional next time the car needs service/oil change.
Removing fog lights with only 2 screws is one thing, but removing a bumper at home in my driveway can be a mess if I can´t reassemble it back to normal
The cable was long enough for it to be routed through some plastic which is connected to the radiator without coming into contact with any hot or moving parts

Most of the work of mounting the cable was through the opening in the engine compartment. And connection of the switches was through the opening at the fog light, as well as mounting of the horn in passengers side.
