Skoda karoq sportline

Post by vernerbongo2 » Thu Jan 09, 2020 9:32 am

If I was changing again I'd go for a skoda karoq sportline 2.0litre petrol.
Beautiful car and some really well priced nearly new vehicles on the forecourts :P

Not sure which colour I'd go for though?

The Karoq and T-Roc were my short list and each had pros and cons. I really liked the interior of the Karoq as the quality seemed to be closer to what I had come to expect of VW, whereas the T-Roc always seemed a backward step. However, the external appearance of the T-Roc was more modern and appealing.

There were also a few things I had against the Karoq, such as the flex seating which I neither needed nor liked and felt that (at that time) spoiled an almost flat boot floor, but was standard on the Edition trim so I was looking at the SEL and adding options. I also felt the fog lights are too high off the ground to work properly in fog and the Adaptive Cruise Control is operated by a third (hidden) stalk rather than from the steering wheel as on the T-Roc.

I see there is also a new small Skoda SUV called the Kamiq, which looks like the equivalent of the T-Cross and SEAT Arona.

Not a big fan of the kamiq. (rubbish names by the way)
Configured a karoq sportline and T-Roc R-Line as close as possible.
